TØY does not guarantee that all items included in the TØY web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, TØY will contact you by email. TØY cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date at all times. TØY may, at any time, amend the contents of the site. Although TØY strives to display the correct text, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. The colours of the products shown in the pictures on the website can differ somewhat from their actual colour; please note that this is due to the colour settings on your computer. TØY cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy. All measurements and sizes are approximate and variance may occur. Please have average sizing in mind and note that minor differences may occur.

Placing an order
Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms of use before you place an order. The products you have placed in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have completed the order and received an order confirmation by email. TØY web shop does not reserve items for future purchase, so if your items are missing from your shopping basket, you will be required to re-enter your selection.

After placing an order on the TØY webshop, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the order confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and not an acceptance of the order. Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by TØY. TØY may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been properly placed and processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about the order. The shipping confirmation is the acceptance of the order. Please note that TØY does not guarantee that all products presented on our website are in stock at the time of your order.

Note: Colors may vary due to dyeing of yarn from the producer and from batch to batch.

Payment
Creditcard numbers wont be stored unless it is nescessary to secure an efficiant handeling of potensial problems like withdrawal, cansellation of reservation and credit. Creditcard payments are treated in a secure way through our payment provider Stripe. They are PCI Level-1 certified.

Stripe provides the technical infrastructure for transaction orchestration across the entire payments value chain.
We also use Paypal payment services as our payment gateway to complete you purchase, the order amount will be captured from your card as soon as your order has been placed and approved. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your account.

Visa, Mastercard, American express, Maestro and Diners.

Prices
The prices shown on the website are shown in NOK. NOK being the currency for customers in Norway only,
All orders done include import taxes, custom duties and fees. Other than your purchase amount, you will not be charged with any other expences.

Shipping and delivery
All our orders are sent with Bring and will be delivered to your delivery address or your local delivery point. All orders will be dispatched within a 3-5 workdays from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including all shipment details like courier and tracking number. All orders are sent from Norway.

Returns and exchanges
TØY has a 14 days return policy. The return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Returning your purchase
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Complete the return form and attach it to the products you want to return. Close the box and tape it securely.

Purchases from tinytoy.no are eligible for exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges
Purchased item(s) are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges will be shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at the webside www.tinytoy.no

Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than necessary.

Important information
Item(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.
Make sure all products are exactly as received, with tag and seal still attached. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criterias.
